Our range of Wet and Dry Abrasive Paper allows the user to go up through the grades until a high smooth finish is achieved on your resin pieces. Wet down with water prior to application for dust free working. Wash off and use again.
Each wet and dry Sheet is A4 in size and we currently have 8 Grades available. Wet this paper prior to working for a dust free working environment although a dust mask should be worn when rubbing back any cured resin. Moving though the grades of Wet and Dry will achieve a smooth even finish prior to using your Clearcast Polishing Compound and finally the Clearcast Finishing Glaze for a superb High Gloss Finish
Available Grades
120 Grit - course grit for removing hard edges or resin burs
240 Grit - course to medium grit general rubbing down
320 Grit - medium grit for general rubbing down
400 Grit - getting towards a finer finish
600 Grit - following the process towards finer finish
800 Grit - moving towards a smooth finish
1000 Grit - fine grit producing a smooth finish
1200 Grit - super fine grit refining a smooth finish
